Dear colleagues!

We invite you to participate in the International Conference "Data Processing: Models, Methods, and Technologies» DPMMT-2026, which will be held on May 29, 2026. Scientists, postgraduate students, higher education students, as well as practitioners who are actively engaged in scientific research in the field of information technologies for data processing are invited to participate in the international conference.

DPMMT-2026

Purpose of the conference: demonstration of scientific achievements, software and hardware solutions in the field of data processing technologies, exchange of knowledge and research results regarding the latest models, methods and intelligent technologies for effective processing, analysis and visualization of data, as well as discussion of the application of modern data processing technologies in economics, ecology, education and management in order to find innovative solutions.

Format of Participation: remote format using the Zoom platform.

Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English, Polish.

Conference opening: May 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Registration and Submission

To participate in the conference, you must register and attach (in the registration form on the conference website) the materials of the report in the form of a file in *.doc or *.docx format by May 22, 2026 (inclusive). The file name must correspond to the surname of the first speaker, for example: Shevchenko_Theses_ DPMMT-2026.

Participate in the conference

THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM INCLUDES: plenary session, work of sections, final session. Conference participants are provided with a certificate of participation.

PUBLICATION: based on the results of the conference, the publication of an electronic collection of conference materials is planned.

Terms and Conditions

Participation conditions: remote (online) participation with a mandatory presentation of the research results. The organizational fee for participation in the international scientific conference is 300 UAH for each submitted and properly formatted scientific paper (this includes: direct participation in the event, publication of the paper in the conference proceedings, the conference program, and an electronic copy of the conference materials collection). After receiving confirmation from the organizing committee that the materials have been accepted for publication, you must send an electronic copy of the payment receipt to the conference email address as proof of payment of the organizational fee. The file name must match the surname of the first author, for example: Shevchenko_RegistrationFee.

Payment is made only after confirmation of successful peer review and approval of the paper for publication. This confirmation will be sent to the authors at the email address provided during registration!!! The electronic proceedings of the conference will be sent to the participants’ email addresses specified during registration after June 15, 2026.

Formatting Guidelines for Conference Materials

  1. Number of authors: no more than four.
  2. Volume of materials: from 2 to 6 A4 pages (including figures, tables, and the list of references).
  3. Languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish.
  4. File format: .doc or .docx
  5. Page orientation: portrait.
  6. Formulas, figures (scanned images are not allowed), and tables must have continuous numbering.
  7. Bibliographic references must be formatted in APA-2010 style. Link here
  8. To ensure proper formatting of conference materials, please download the Example of Material Formatting (*.docx, *.pdf) from the conference website and strictly adhere to the requirements specified in the example.

Plagiarism policies

All submitted materials are checked for compliance with academic standards and adherence to the principles of academic integrity. Only materials with a uniqueness level of at least 85% are accepted for publication. The share of similarity from any single source must not exceed 2%. Avoid fabricated content or content generated by artificial intelligence. Materials in which plagiarism is detected (including AI-generated content) will be rejected without the right to resubmission. Please ensure the proper originality of your materials before submission.

Submission requirements

  1. The conference materials are published in the authors’ own editing (as submitted by the authors). The authors bear full responsibility for the content and originality of the submitted materials.
  2. Each author may submit no more than two papers. The number of authors of one publication must not exceed four.
  3. The Programme Committee reserves the right to reject materials that do not correspond to the thematic areas of the conference, do not meet the formatting requirements, or are submitted after the deadline.
  4. Student papers are published only in co-authorship with their scientific supervisor.
